Fifth Annual Lake Erie Loop
The Lake Erie Loop is a 650 mile tiddler endurance challenge around Lake
Erie with proceeds benefiting Aluminum Cans for Burned Children.
There are three classes with rules for vintage bikes as follows; Class I
- 100cc or less, Class II - 101 to 160cc, Class III- 161-225cc.
The ride starts/finishes at Clare-Mar Lakes campground in Wellington OH
44090. There is a cookout, meet-and-greet, and tech check-in on Friday.
Riders head out Saturday at 6:00AM (in either direction) around Lake
Erie and return anywhere from 10 to 24 hours later. On Sunday trophies
and awards are handed out at a pancake breakfast.
There is no designated chase vehicle. You must provide you own support
or go it alone (which serveral people do). This ride takes you through,
four states, one province, and two countries. This is one serious ride,
start preparing today.
